We need a reliable, personable and highly trustworthy administrator to join our customer’s busy Human Resources department.
You will support the Human Resources Manager and have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team whilst being organised, diplomatic and have good interpersonal skills. Confidentiality is a major part of this role.
As a valuable member of this small team, you will be responsible for administering a wide range of HR-related activities. Some of the tasks you will be involved in are maintaining our HR database, administering the recruitment process, carrying out security checks on new joiners, arranging staff training, tracking the progress of staff induction and producing progress reports and metrics.
This is a new position so there is an opportunity to influence the development of the role, and to expand your responsibilities over time.
Previous administration experience, especially in HR, is desirable.
