During her time with Agilent’s Electronics Measurement Group, Alice had a number of sales roles and responsibility for managing an internal sales team. This included managing both geographic and named accounts; major aerospace and defence accounts, and key commercial accounts such as Nokia, Intel and Motorola. Alice was consistently successful with these roles, developing the accounts, growing business, opening up new opportunities and exceeding quota. She also worked with customers across a broad business spectrum including R&D, universities and manufacturing. Successfully sold into customers such as Intel, QinetiQ, Thales and UCL, winning deals of ~$450k. Proactively managed accounts by using and developing business plans to work with the customers’ road maps, enabling their future business growth through the use of Agilent products, technical expertise and added value. Managed and led a variety of projects including a marketing campaign across UK universities and new product UK launches. These projects required extensive coordination with divisional contacts, use of marketing resources and a proactive business plan to enable penetration of accounts and development of sales opportunities.
