SETANTA ENERGY – Privately held Exploration and Production Oil Company, which held a permit to develop a small oil field offshore Gabon West Africa – Employees 15 – Shareholders opted to realise the company’s value through sale.
Initially appointed to settle a number of commercial flaws and uncertainties, which were blocking development of the field or sale of the asset leaving the company with just the CEO and an Office Manager based in London.
¨ Took over managing all financial matters and along with the CEO targeted refinancing the company to fund the field development and diversify shareholding.
¨ Built a pipeline of potential business development opportunities

¨ Set up and managed an office in Gabon to the point a permanent office manager could be appointed.
