Personal Statement
I am Law graduate with experience in the legal, public and retail sector. I am an enthusiastic, innovative and ambitious individual. I possess excellent oral and written communication skills. I am highly motivated; a fast learner and I am able to adapt to any given situation. In me you will find a hardworking, reliable person; one that would be an asset to your establishment. I am more than capable and willing to learn and fulfil the duties and responsibilities required.

Idea Store Administrator (Full Time), London, England (November 2018 -)

Provided legal administrative and account management support to the Tower Hamlets central administration department. My key accountabilities included:

Overseeing the smooth-running of Idea Store Bow admin and account services whilst ensuring compliance of their regulations and service level agreements.
Engaging with stakeholders to build relationships in order to define requirements, develop and implement contract management strategies.
Handling an entire libraries schedule and service needs, ranging from orders to complaints.
Other tasks included managing invoicing procedures and updating data using databases such as

Agresso and Condecco.

Idea Store Co-Ordinator (Part Time), London, England (November 2016 – )
To serve customers from the frontline.
To be responsible for areas of stock: promoting materials, assisting in withdrawing of stock and filling gaps as necessary according to

agreed guidelines.
To floorwalk, i.e. being available to customers on the floor, and continuously ensuring that the stock is tidy.
To provide customer support for learning and library activities in Idea Stores by following the agreed guidance and procedure notes, and

assisting customers in the use of appropriate learning materials, equipment and facilities in accordance with agreed guidance and procedures.
To carry out shelving, removal of books, repairs of damaged stock, recommendations for restocking, promotion, etc. for one or several sections of the Idea Store.

• An exceptional week spent at Howard-Kennedy FSI law firm in London, allowed me to experience all areas of a law firm but also gave me greater understanding of the different type of laws and meeting senior representatives of the firm who offered knowledge and their expertise which helped put me in good stead for my degree and career.

• A visit to White & Case law firm in London and attending a Young Enterprise Law Master class in association with White & Case LLP, gave me a clear insight not only into the practise of Law teaching me how to function in professional environment but also gained experience in financial, criminal, civil and global matters.

Participated in a refurbishment project for a local hospice. I helped organise the project and allocated duties to the participants. I also

Keen Traveller – Explored over 10 countries across Europe, Africa, North America and Asia

Active Sports Fan – I do regular exercise and attend the gym regularly, I’m also a former basketball and football for my university teams. I am a Man Utd fan who regularly attends matches, home and away. I am keenly interested in other sports such as; cricket, rugby, basketball, formula one and many more.
